I’ve got a little secret
That I need to share with you
I’ve decided to quit blogging
As I have too much to do
My work is getting busy
And I have no time to post
My friendly ‘blogging buddies’
Are what I’ll miss the most
I love the whole community
And the blogosphere is so cool
I wasn’t really serious
It was just an April Fool!

Good. Not funny joke.
*makes scowl*
Happy April 😀

You really had me going there! I was going to offer all kinds of helpful tips (yeah like I’m the expert!) Such as “just post weekly, don’t stop!” Bloody Norah Woman! Too funny ….

Thanks! How nice to know though that you didn’t want me to stop blogging. That means a lot so thanks again! 🙂

He he, I have been questioning everything that’s been written today! So didn’t fall for this one. However I did ring into work this morning to inform them that CQC was paying a visit! Naughty me! X

When I saw the heading and rearlise the date I kinda guessed what was coming. Nevertheless, a great April fools joke to play.

You did well, believe me:). And from what I have read of your posts so far I knew there was no way you would be giving up blogging! The Monster Raving Looney Party has more chance of winning the election than you giving up blogging happening.

Shoot! I believed you! I have to keep reminding myself of the date–I’ve already been fooled by several posts in Facebook. Am I gullible, or what?! 🙂

Well half the time I forget what day it is let alone the date, but my little girl has reminded me today what the date is!

You had me fooled for one second….then I remembered the date. Some may not have agreed that this was a “gentle prank”. Good job.

Well, I have to say, I do love blogging but have struggled a bit this week as I have worked almost every day as well, (I usually only do 4 days). Never mind, I am off for two weeks after today!

Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I am Judy, in my (very) early fifties and decided that life definitely gets more interesting as it goes on! I am a wife and a mum and have just finished University as a Registered Nurse, after having worked as an Associate Practitioner in the NHS. I am also a poet and the author of my debut book, 'Rhymes of the Times.' I love to laugh, and I love rhyming words too, so I joined the two together, and my book was born. I am currently working on another book in the series also. I am a prolific blogger and enjoy writing funny stories, anecdotes, and anything really that takes my fancy.
