I have been nominated by Erika to take part in the 3 Day Quote Challenge. Both of us have taken part in this before, but it is such fun, and I was thrilled when she nominated me this time. If you have not visited Erika’s blog before, you are missing out on words of wisdom, inspirational quotes, plus so much more.
So here are the rules of the challenge:
- Thank the blogger, who nominated you.
- Publish 3 quotes on 3 consecutive days in your blog. It can be your own, or from a book, movie or from anyone who inspires you.
- Nominate 3 more bloggers to carry on this endeavour.
My quote then is one from Charles Dickens; I have decided that my quotes will all be on the same theme which is ‘humour.’
There is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humour.
I also get to show off the blockquote thing I learned from Writing 101 this morning!
My nominees: (Should they wish to accept)

Very happy to be asked – now is it 3 quotes a day for three days – or one quote a day for three days – I’ve just got back from a party – so I might not be thinking straight – hic! xxx

This is me!
Judy E Martin
Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I am Judy, in my (very) early fifties and decided that life definitely gets more interesting as it goes on! I am a wife and a mum and have just finished University as a Registered Nurse, after having worked as an Associate Practitioner in the NHS. I am also a poet and the author of my debut book, 'Rhymes of the Times.' I love to laugh, and I love rhyming words too, so I joined the two together, and my book was born. I am currently working on another book in the series also. I am a prolific blogger and enjoy writing funny stories, anecdotes, and anything really that takes my fancy.
