This one I did on Al’s suggestion based on the prompt words for Ronovan’s weekly haiku challenge
There was a young stripper from Dorset
Who was busting right out of her corset
She flashed as she danced
As her boobs were ‘enhanced’
How she wished that she’d reinforced it!
Lol!!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂 love it! I needed that this morning!

Lol very good. I think that about my over shoulder boulder holder most days, the reinforcement that is, not the enhancement lol

Oh I wish I had the enhancement! Lucky you! 🙂

I truly hope so! It consumed almost all morning. But I am positive that it works out now! Reading your poem was a wonderful boost indeed! 😊

Could be, Judy, but she’d kill me if I let on that she wore a corset. 😀

Oh, oh! Wardrobe malfunctions are so embarrassing but in her case it may work to her advantage––extra tips. 🙂

Oh yes, there is always that, then she will earn enough to buy a bigger corset! 🙂

That’s not the Dorset I know but hey, the seamy underside of the rural towns, hey? Another from the Old Le Pard play book, this time his non-rhyme
There was a young lady from Bude
Who used to swim in the Lake
A man in a punt
Stuck a pole in her ear
And said, ‘You can’t swim here, it’s private’.

This is me!
Judy E Martin
Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I am Judy, in my (very) early fifties and decided that life definitely gets more interesting as it goes on! I am a wife and a mum and have just finished University as a Registered Nurse, after having worked as an Associate Practitioner in the NHS. I am also a poet and the author of my debut book, 'Rhymes of the Times.' I love to laugh, and I love rhyming words too, so I joined the two together, and my book was born. I am currently working on another book in the series also. I am a prolific blogger and enjoy writing funny stories, anecdotes, and anything really that takes my fancy.
