I do love a limerick and thought that after the success of some of my Halloween limericks, I would share some Christmas ones that I wrote, over the next few days. I hope that you enjoy them.
The wise men that came from afar
Lost sight of the Christmas star
They got hopelessly lost
And knew to their cost
That they should have had GPS in their car
Loved your Halloween ones and this was fun, too. π Hope there are more for the season!

Judy writes limericks all day
She makes poems for holidays
They’re great fun to read
And she doesn’t plead
But her poems just beg you to play

I can turn around and get lost, it is something I seem to be very good at Robbie. I am glad you are similarly gifted! π

Oh, I am, Judy. If I am distracted or anxious, I can get lost in my own house [grin].

Judy E Martin
Hello, and thanks for stopping by. I am Judy, in my (very) early fifties and decided that life definitely gets more interesting as it goes on! I am a wife and a mum and have just finished University as a Registered Nurse, after having worked as an Associate Practitioner in the NHS. I am also a poet and the author of my debut book, 'Rhymes of the Times.' I love to laugh, and I love rhyming words too, so I joined the two together, and my book was born. I am currently working on another book in the series also. I am a prolific blogger and enjoy writing funny stories, anecdotes, and anything really that takes my fancy.
